Case Note Edit Modal

The edit modal has been updated. The new Subject Line is now visible and the Case Note field has been enlarged.

CRM Updates

Client List Sorting

A new setting has been added to enable the CRM Client List to be sorted by either First Name or Last Name.

1. Click on the gear icon next to your username in the top right-hand corner.
   
2. User System, open the Organisation Setting.
   
3. Change the Default sort client list by field as required and save the change.
   

Monthly Statement Opt Out added to Client CSV Download

CSV download has been updated to include the Monthly Statement Opt Out field.
