Streamline
  1. Update Sypht AI using Upload Annotation API Call.


  1. Resolved issue where the Participants Declined Reason text is cleared from the Invoice, after the Invoice is Cancelled.
  2. Resolved issue where there was a discrepancy with the Total Hours calculation for the CoS Statements.
  3. Resolved issue where Assistance with Daily Life Category data was being pulled through to the CoS Funding Report.
  4. Resolved issue where a rate change is made whilst Editing an Invoice in Streamline reverts once you click on the Create Invoice button.
  5. Resolved issue where Careview Connect login screen, Sign In button is not responding, where an invalid Username or Password is entered.

Streamline

Update Sypht using Upload Annotation API Call

A new API method has been implemented, to improve on the current Sypht OCR read to train their AI
(Artificial Intelligence).

To train Sypht’s AI, an API call is made to feed back all invoice data changes made by a User in Streamline
back to Sypht, helping their AI models to learn faster. Which in due course will further reduce the amount
of user intervention to process future invoices.
