Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved issue where Invoice search not possible for Invoice numbers starting with ‘0’.
  2. Resolved issue with Monthly Statement file name, removed .pdf from the file name.
  3. Resolved issue where Delivered Service record status set to Extracted for Provider Paid Invoices.

Plan Management

Auto Generated Monthly Statement Changes


Monthly Statements will now commence being distributed from 6:00 AM AEST in the morning of the day set under the Auto Generated Monthly Statement setting.


We have also implemented an additional counter measure, so if the webjob were to fail for any reason at 6:00 AM AEST (Example Unplanned Outage), the webjob will trigger the job to run again every 4 hours until 10:00PM AEST.


So the statements for example, that failed to send at 6:00 AM AEST will be sent at 10:00 AM AEST.


Support Coordination

Create KM Claim for Psychosocial Recovery Coaching & Activity Based Transport 

System changes have been made to accommodate the recent changes for claiming for Activity Based Transport via the Create KM Claim function in Careview.

A claim can be made where the relevant Service Supports have been maintained in the following system functions within Careview.


System Support Items Setting




  1. Ensure that the Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Support Items have been added under the Support Coordination > System Support Item Setting.
  2. Ensure that all relevant Support Items are present under Service Supports on the Service Contract.


User Management


Display Last Login Date and Time for all User Accounts





Task Creation Update


  1. Task creation now possible for any Clients with a status of Pending.
  1. Task creation disabled for any Clients with a status of Inactive.
