Reset 2FA for Careview Connect
How to Reset 2FA?
- Login to https://app.careview.io/login
- Go to Resources > Individual Providers.
- Individual Provider screen displays. Click on Connect Management.
- Connect Management screen displays. Click on the 2FA icon beside the User Account you wish to reset.
- The Two-Factor Authentication screen displays. Under Actions, click on Reset 2FA.
- A 2FA Reset confirmation popup screen displays. Click on OK.
- Ask the User to Logout and then Log back into Careview Connect and they will be presented with the Security Method selection screen.
