Use this guide to reset your Careview Connect password.
In order to use this process, you must have an Active Connect profile (such as due to having signed in for the first time and changed your password). If you do not have an Active Connect profile or are unsure, you will need to ask the organisation (that is supplying you access) to check the status of your Connect profile and resend the registration email where applicable.
If you are unsure if you have set a recovery email address on your Connect account previously or can no longer remember it, you may want to ask the organisation (that is supplying you access) to check this for you. They can do this by following steps 1 to 3 in Edit an Individual Provider Record and referring to the content of the Recovery Email Address field.
Where you receive a "The Recovery Email address is incorrect."responsewhile trying to reset your password, this will mean that you are either entering the incorrect recovery email address for your Connect account (or the incorrect login email address if a recovery email address has not yet been set on your account), or that no such account exists. In this instance, you will need to contact an organisation sharing client information with you, to request that they check this for you (if they are unsure, they can refer to Check the Status of an Individual Provider's Connect Access for more information).
3. The Forgot Password screen displays. Click to choose the Mobile or Email Address radio button and type in the recovery email address or recovery mobile number of your Connect account (or your login email address if you have not yet set a recovery email address on your Connect account) and click Submit.
4. If the email address or mobile number is valid, you will then receive a Reset Password link to the specified email address or mobile number via SMS.
If you have chosen the Recovery Email method, in some cases it may have gone to your Spam or Junk folder.
5. The Reset Password screen displays. Enter and confirm your new password. Note: It must be at least 8 characters long and meet the password requirements.
6. Click on the Submit button.
7. If the minimum password requirementshave been met, you will be logged in successfully.
