Managing Deactivated Support Items
The current price guide within Careview is integral to the processes of
Case Note and Invoice generation, as well as Claims processed by
organisations subscribed to Careview. Due to amendments to the Price
Guide by the NDIA, Careview organisations currently lack a streamlined
method to stay updated on the validity of Service Supports, requiring
manual management of deactivated Service Items.
This new feature will provide organisations with automatic validation of
Service Supports before raising and submitting a claim, significantly
reducing the number of incorrect claim submissions.
