This section provides an overview of
the functionality of the Support Coordination module.
Access Support Coordination Module
1. Click the Support
Coordination option in the Careview menu.
2. The menu expands
to display the following sub-menu items:
- Dashboard
- Clients
- Client
Coordination
- Case Note History
- CoS NDIS
Claims
- CoS Invoices
Dashboard
The Dashboard displays graphical components for all Support
Coordinators or for selected Support Coordinators.
Clients
This option displays a Support Coordination Client List of all active Client Profiles, that meets the following criteria
- A Client Profile Service Type of Support
Coordination Client.
- The Client Profile has an assigned Support
Coordinator.
- The Client has a New or Active Service Contract
that has one of the Support Coordination Items in their Service Support
table.
Client List - Search for a Client
Search for a specific Client or search for Clients assigned to a specific Support Coordinator.
Client List Filters Available
- Filter by the assigned Support Coordinator
- Filter by Case Note Activity i.e. No Case Notes Created in the Past 7 days Alert
Client List - Customised data view
This feature allows you to customize the data displayed on the screen and rearrange column orders for better usability and efficiency, helping you to easily navigate the information that is important to you.
Client Coordination
This screen displays sections of information about the
selected Client and enables you to create new case notes and tasks.
You can also open the Client Profile or the Client’s Service
Contract and create a Statement.
Case Note History
This console can be used to report on all case notes for a particular support co-ordination client profile for both active and inactive Service Contracts.
Create Support Coordination NDIS Claims
This feature allows you to create CoS NDIS Claims by generating a new CSV file
for bulk uploading to PRODA for all Agency managed clients.
Create Support Coordination Invoices
This feature allows you to create Invoice downloads for Clients
where the Management Style on their Support Coordination Service Support is
either Plan
Management or Self Managed.
