How to Create a Client Coordination Note

Follow these steps to create a Client Coordination note.

1.      Click Support Coordination from the Careview menu, then select Clients.


2.      The Client list screen displays. Type part of the client name in the first field and then hit enter.



3.      The Client Coordination screen for the selected Client displays.


4.  You can choose to enter a brief Note in the Notes field or you can alternatively, click on the View button to open a larger pop-up window.


5.  Click on the View button and the Client Coordination Notes screen displays.

Depending on whether a Note exists or not, you will see either the Add or Edit button.


Add a new Note

Idea
Click on the resize icon in the bottom right corner and drag to resize the notes text box to suit your viewing preference.

1.  To add a new note for the Client simply click on the Add button.


2.  Type or copy and paste your content in the Notes field.


3.  Click on Save.

Edit an existing Note


1.  If you wish to simply update the Notes field, click on the View button.



2.  The Client Coordination Notes screen displays.  Click on the Edit button.



3.  Make any changes and click on Save.
