Create a Note Type in Client Profile
This process explains the steps involved when creating Note Types to be used in the Client Profile page:

This process does not include how to add Support Coordination Note Contact Types - please refer to KB Article "Create a Contact Type for Case Notes'.
The Note Type – “General” is allocated in the system for all Email Templates and it not editable 
1.      Click the Settings icon on the top right of the screen. 
2.      When the Settings screen displays, scroll down to Clients and click the Note Types link.
3.      Click new. 
4.      Type the name of the new Note Type, then click Save.
5.      The new note type is  added and can now be selected when creating a client profile note.
