Change Recovery Method from Email Address to a Mobile Number
Follow these steps to Change your current recovery method from an email address to your nominated mobile number.
2. Login
to Connect.
3. Navigate
to the My Account menu.
4. The
My Account screen displays.
5. Click
to select the Mobile radio button as your recovery option and enter your
Mobile Number.
6. Click
on Save.
7. The
Change of Recovery Mobile Number screen displays. Enter the Verification Code sent via SMS to
your nominated Mobile Number. Enter your
Current Password and click on Submit to proceed.
8. The
Account Update Alert screen displays.
Click on OK.
9. Login
screen displays. Login to Connect as
per normal process.
