Add a Recovery Email Address Instruction
Follow these steps to add a Recovery Email Address.
2. Login
to Connect.
3. Navigate
to the
My Account menu.
4. The My Account screen displays. Click
to select the Email radio button as your recovery option and enter and enter your email address.

The email address you choose cannot already be one that is already in use as either the login email address or recovery email address on a Connect account. For this reason, it would always be recommended for any organisation to provide you access using the login email address of your existing Connect account (if you have one).
3. The Change of Recovery Email Address screen displays. Enter your Current Password and
click on Submit to proceed.

4. The Account Update Alert screen displays. Click on OK.

5. Open
the Verification Email from your nominated Email Provider and
click on the Verify my email address button.

6. Login
screen displays. Login to Connect as
per normal process.
