General

Screen Name Change

The following name changes have been applied.
  1. Under Resources Main Menu, Providers have been renamed to "Individual Providers"

  1. The Service Provider Table on the Client Profile has been renamed to "Individual Providers"

  1. "Provider" on the Create Case Note screen has been renamed to "Service Provider"

Client Profile - Add/Edit Note

Optional Subject Text field has been added to both the Add and Edit Note screens



Client Profile - Notes Table Update 

The following additional changes have been made to the Notes Table on the Client Profile 


  1. New Subject Column
  2. Search by Type - "System"

Security

User accounts - Add One or More Client Profiles to a User Account

The current Bulk Functionality that allows you to Add and Delete Clients currently available on the Provider Record, has now been applied to the Edit User Account function.

Use the following steps to add one or more existing Client Profiles to the User Account once the User account has been created.
  1. Click on the Setting Icon next to your login name
  2. Under Security click on User Accounts
  3. The User Account list screen displays, click on the User Account where you wish to add one or more clients
  4. The Edit User Account screen displays. From the Clients Table click on +Add New



5. The Add Clients popup screen displays. Click on Select Clients field and click to select individual records or click to Select All
6. Click on Save or Save & New if you wish to add more selections

Reports

Client Funding Report - Show No ILC or Inadequate ILC Budget

To easily identify active Clients that have either No Improved Life Choices Category Budget or Inadequate funding in their Improved Choices Category Budget on an active or new Service Contract, we have added an additional filter in the Client Funding Report.

Please use the following steps to apply the new filters mentioned above.

  1. From the Main Menu, select Reports then click on Client Funding 
  2. The Client Funding Report selection screen displays
  3. Set the following filters and click to select the relevant checkboxes to either Show No ILC or Show Inadequate or both

NOTE: Ensure you set the following filters no not select All Clients and Service Contract statuses when choosing either of these new filters
Client Status = Active
Service Contract Status = New and/or Active

  1. Click on Preview
  2. Click on Export to Excel

IMPORTANT NOTE:
  1. Please be aware that by choosing either of these new filters, it will take some time dependent on the number of Service Contracts to apply the necessary calculations, to display the results and export results to excel
  2. We will be introducing these filters as part of future enhancements to the Create Monthly PM Invoice system function
