Client Profile – Add and Edit Notes Update
The following changes have been introduced for the Add and Edit Note functions in the Client Profile > Notes Table.
The following new fields are available for input in both the Add and Edit Note screens, offering you the flexibility to Add Notes on the Client Profile at any time and still reflect an accurate account of who created it and when.
• Created By – This field will default to the current logged in User Account name, click and search to choose from your Active User Accounts.
• Creation Date – Either enter a date via the Calendar option or simply enter the date via the keyboard
Note:
• For all Auto Generated outputs. i.e. Monthly Statements the Created By field will default to “System”.
• These new fields will be available in the Client Profile Report.
Client Profile –Notes Table Update
The following changes have been made to the Notes Table on the Client Profile
• New Columns
o Created By
o Creation Date
• Search by Created By
• Date Column has been renamed to Date Entered
• The Table data will be sorted by Creation Date by default
• Sort Filter has been applied to the following Column Headings;
o Created By
o Creation Date
o Type
o Date Entered
Plan Management
Invoice Entry Auto Populate Rate Update
A rate can automatically be applied to any Invoice Line Item, by simply clicking on the Rate, whether you’re Creating or Editing an invoice.
• Simply click on the Add Line or Clone Line-Item option, enter the Line-Item details and click on the Valid Price Guide Rate displayed.
The Rate field will be populated automatically.
