Careview Release 9 - 26th May 2020

Bug Fixes:


  • Resolved issue with the Case Note Order of display in the Client Coordination screen and Case Note Report.
  • Resolved issue with the CoS Client Report Format, column headings now appearing at the top of each page.
  • Resolved issue where participants could not login to Advantage App using Android device only, due to not allowing permissions for making calls.  New error message will display with instruction to change settings.
  • Resolved issue with Client Coordination screen freezing when saving a new Note.
  • Resolved issue with PM Statements, where no primary email is provided, will be sent to Additional email present in the Client Profile.






Sentinel


New Funding Alert for Total Core Category Budget


A new Sentinel Funding Alert has been created for ‘Core Budget has less than 20% remaining”.  This alert will show any clients that have a total core category budget on their active service contract that have 20% or less in remaining budget.


Follow these steps to enable this new Core Budget Funding Alert;


1. Click on Settings.

2. Under Sentinel Alerts Setup click on Funding Alerts.




3. Sentinel Client Funding Alerts screen displays.  Click to set a Frequency and click to Enable.




4. Exit the Screen.




Plan Management


New Service Contract Clone Feature


This new feature will allow you to create a new Service Contract by copying specific information from a current Service Contract.


You will be presented with an option to copy the following information.


  • Plan Budget
  • Service Provider Category Budget
  • Service Supports


Note:

  • Where you do not select any of the available options, only the Service Contract Details will be copied into the new Service Contract.
  • Once you click Clone & Save the system will automatically set the Status of the Current Service Contract to Inactive.

Invoice Display Changes


  1. The participant’s Age is now visible on the Invoice Display screen.
  2. New Page Number Links.



Invoice Report Update


The Invoice Date has been added to the Invoice Report generated from the Service Entry screen.


Xero Extract Update for PM & CoS


A new Xero Extract Setting Option for “Show Service Dates” has been created.  This will allow you to choose to display the Delivered Date or Delivered From and Delivered To dates in the Description field in all Xero Extract Files.


Follow these steps to enable this new Setting for Show Service Dates;


1. Click on Settings

2. Under Integration click on Xero Extracts.

3. Xero Extract Settings screen displays, Set the Show Service Dates to Yes.




4. Click Save.




New ABA File Aggregation Setting


Currently the Commonwealth Bank has certain accounts that cannot create an ABA file with multiple transactions for the same Service Provider.


We have created a new Aggregate ABA Setting to accommodate this requirement for our Clients that bank with the Commonwealth.


Please follow these steps to enable the new Setting – Aggregate ABA;


1. Click on Settings.

2. Under Plan Management, click on ABA File Generation.

3. ABA File Generation Setting screen displays.  Click to Enable Aggregate ABA File.




4. Click Save.




Resources


New Provider Download to CSV Option


This new function will allow you to download all Provider records into a CSV file.  You can also use this file as a Template for Uploading new Providers in bulk into Careview.

Cosmetic Changes

Search Field Update

We are pleased to inform you that we have removed the Search button across the various screens in Careview.  Allowing users to simply enter a name for example in the Client List (pictured below) and hit the enter button your keyboard.  Eliminating the requirement to use your mouse to click on the Search button.

This change has been applied to the following Careview Screens.

  • CRM Client List
  • Services
  • Service Rates
  • Resources > Providers
  • Resources > Service Providers
  • Support Coordination > Clients
  • Client Profile > Notes
