Release Notes


Support Coordination


  • New Drag and Drop Attachment feature added to Create Case Note function.
  • New Case Note History Console available under Support Coordination Menu.



Plan Management


  • New Move Invoice feature, enabling you to move certain invoices to another Service Contract.
  • GST P1 Code Invoice Entry changes.
  • New ABA File Report.



Bug Fixes:


  • Resolved issue where the CoS All Hours Graph did not match CoS Case Note Report.  Hour format change made to reflect HH:MM format in both the Graph and Report.
  • Resolved issue with Filters for the new Exclude Our Paid Invoices function.
  • Resolved issue with CoS Exclusion check box not working as expected.
  • Resolved issue where CoS Dashboard All Hours Graph was displaying Total Hours for All Support Coordinators regardless of the filters selected.
  • Resolved issue with adding an Existing Client to a new Relationship record.
  • Resolved issue with Case Note Pagination on the Service Contract.





Support Coordination


New Drag and Drop Attachment feature for Case Notes


We have added a new feature, where you can now simply click, drag and drop any files you wish to attach to your Case Notes, this is available on both the Case Note Creation and Editing screens.








New Case Note History Console

The Case Note History Console gives you the ability to view all Case Notes created for a specific Support Coordination Client Profile, which includes Case Notes that were created across Multiple Service Contracts for the selected Client.


  1. Click on Case Note History, under the Support Coordination Menu.




  1. Case Note History screen displays.


The screen can be filtered using a combination of the following:


  • Client Name
  • Service Contract
  • From Date
  • To Date


Note: The report filters by the Case Note Creation Date.


  1. Click on the Client field and either search for or click to select the Clients name from the list displayed.  You have the option to select multiple clients.




  1. The Service Contract field defaults to Select All, click on the field and either search for or click to select the Service Contract from the list displayed.




  1. Once you have chosen your desired filters, click on Preview.




  1. Results will be displayed based on your selected filter.




  1. You also have the option to Export the results to Excel, by simply clicking on the Export to Excel button.


  1. Click to Open the file from the Download screen.


  1. Save the Report to your Computer.




Plan Management


Move an Invoice



This new feature will allow you to move an Invoice to a different Service Contract, via the Edit Invoice function, where it meets the validation requirements.




Please note you will be unable to use this feature for Provider Paid Invoices and where a Service Contract is Inactive.




To Move an invoice to another Service Contract, please use the following steps;



  1. Click on Invoice Entry from the Main Menu.


  1. The Service Entry screen displays


  1. Click on Edit icon next to the Invoice you wish to Move.


  1. The Edit Screen display, under Action click on Move Invoice.






  1. The Move Invoice popup screen displays, select the Service Contract from the drop down list and click on Validate.




  1. The system will perform the following validation checks and display a warning message accordingly, where validation fails.


  • Required Category is not on the new Service Contract.
  • Required Category does not have enough funding on the new Service Contract
  • Required Service Provider Category Budget doesn’t exist on the new Service Contract
  • Required Service Provider Category Budget does not have enough funding on the new Service Contract
  • Required Service Support is not on the new Service Contract
  • Required Service Support does not have enough funding on the new Service Contract




  1. If validation checks pass, click Continue.




  1. The Confirm Move popup screen will display, if the Service Contract is correct, click Confirm.




  1. The Edit Invoice screen displays with the updated Service Contract No.




  1. Click on Update Invoice.




GST P1 Code Invoice Entry changes


We have made the following changes after receiving feedback from a large number of clients, with regards to the current system being somewhat confusing when creating Invoice Entries for GST-related claims for Plan Managers and Service Providers.


  • Removed the GST Column.
  • Where GST Code P1 is selected, the system will not add the 10% for GST to the line item total.
  • The GST inclusive Rate can be entered by the User.
  • Removed the GST Total.
  • There will be no changes made to any Invoice Entry Extracts.


Note: The above changes will only apply to any newly Created Invoices effective from 10.00pm on the 
8th of May, 2020.

New ABA File Report


A new ABA File Report has been created, that will automatically generate an Excel file during the ABA File Download process, where either of the following functions are performed in the system and the ABA File Generation Setting is Enabled.


  • Mark Invoice as Paid
  • Generate ABA File


The file will be available to download from the Download screen.




The Report will contain the following information (see below Example of Output).


  1. Service Provider
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Client Name
  4. Invoice Total Amount
  5. Sum of the Total Amount of all Invoices included in the ABA
