Streamline Invoice Consolidation Setting
When using this feature. Streamline will automatically consolidate line items based on the below criteria:
- Same Support Item
- Same Type
- Same Delivered Date OR Delivered From and To dates
- Same Rate
To enable this setting within your Careview account please follow the below steps:
1. Click on the Settings icon in the top right
2. Scroll to the Streamline header and select General Settings
3. Enable the Invoice Line consolidation and Invoice line-item modal.

Please note the modal option will just give you a window displaying what line items have been consolidated. It's a great way to ensure you are across any changes that occur during the invoice line item consolidation process.
4. Once enabled and Saved. Upload an invoice as normal
5. If the invoice has lines with same support item code, same date, same type and same rate; that can be consolidated
6. Once you click on the Create Invoice button, the invoice consolidation window will pop up (If the Display Consolidation Modal setting is enabled)
7. Once you click Create Invoice button on the Invoice Consolidation Summary, the Invoice will get created with Consolidated lines in the service entry screen.
This is an organization wide setting. So, once Enabled it will apply to all Streamline related Invoices and can be accessed by any user with Streamline access.

PLEASE NOTE - As part of the line consolidation process we would advise that there is potential for minor invoice total rounding variances. We recommend you monitor and review this as part of the acceptance of using the feature.
