Invoice Status Flow Setting
While the Internal Invoice Approval setting is enabled, Invoices that you create will have the status Internal Invoice Approval and require manual approval before they are able to be processed.
You can provide this manual approval to such invoices by performing the
Internal Invoice Approval action while they are selected (please see
Invoice Entry System Overview for more information).

In Settings, scroll down to
Plan Management and click on
Invoice Status Flow.
3. Enable the
'Internal Invoice Approval' option
.
4. Either the 'Approved By Client' or the 'Requires Client Approval' option must be enabled. Upon an invoice being internally approved the invoice will progress to:
- 'Extract Generated' if 'Approved By Client' is enabled.
- 'Pending Client Approval' if 'Requires Client Approval' is enabled and the client is configured to approve invoices.
5. Click
'Save' to apply the new settings.
