Streamline Enhancements

To provide a more user friendly experience and help you remain focused whilst validating your Invoices within Streamline, the following significant changes will be implemented based on the customer feedback provided.

Phase One
  1. The Edit Invoice dialog screen has been converted to its own dedicated web page, which will launch in a new tab.
  2. View the Invoice Details/Line Items side by side with the supplied Invoice.
  3. The Invoice Details and Invoice lines items will be divided into their own dedicated tabs, breaking down the critical information such as the addition of the Provider Bank Details, that you need to check against the Invoice Preview panel.
  4. New Invoice PDF Display Toolbar offering enhanced functions i.e. Resize Invoice Image, Navigate to a certain page.
  5. Open an Invoice in a new browser tab.
  6. Edit Invoice Lock Feature which will prevent multiple users from editing the same invoice.
 
Phase Two
  1. Show a Client Alert - click to show a client alert at any time whilst editing an Invoice.
  2. Remove an Invoice whilst editing an Invoice.
  3. Row Item Numbering.
  4. Sort by Line Item no, Category and Support Item number.

Phase Three

  1. Create, Edit and Clear Service Provider records from within the Edit Invoice screen.
  2. Delete multiple invoice lines.
  3. Clearer display of Warning and Error Messages.
