How to Enable Notifications for Advantage (Edge Browser)

Overview

This guide explains how to enable browser notifications for Advantage using the Site Info button in Microsoft Edge. This method allows notifications for this site only and does not affect other websites.

Step 1: Open Advantage

  1. 1. Open Microsoft Edge

  1. 2. Navigate to: https://advantage.careview.io


Step 2: Click the Site Info Button

  1. 1. Locate the Site Info icon to the left of the website address in the browser’s address bar


  1. InfoThis icon may appear as a lock, globe, or warning symbol

  1. 2. Click the icon to open the site information panel




Step 3: Find the Notifications Permission

  1. 1. In the Site Info panel, locate Permissions for this site

  1. 2. Find Notifications

Info The current status may show Blocked, Ask, or Allowed.

Step 4: Enable Notifications

  1. 1. Click the dropdown next to Notifications

  1. 2. Select Allow

NotesThis setting permits advantage.careview.io to send browser notifications.

Step 5: Refresh the Page

  1. 1. Close the Site Info panel

  1. 2. Refresh the browser page




Step 6: Confirm Notifications Are Enabled

  • 1. Reopen the Site Info panel

  • 2. Verify Notifications shows Allowed

  • InfoThe site may immediately send a test notification or prompt for confirmation
