Plan Management


Postal Statements


You can now update a field on the Client Profile to indicate the client needs to receive their monthly PM statement via post instead of email. The Client Statement Setting has been updated to enable you to set the email address to send all postal statements to. The PDFs can then be printed and posted as required. 


Enabling Postal Statements


1.      Open Settings, scroll down to Auto Generated Outputs and open Plan Management Client Statement.



2.      Add the Postal Statement Email address and save.



3.      Edit the required Client Profile, check the Send Postal Statement checkbox and save.

You can also the set field when creating new Client Profiles.





Support Coordination


New Duration Interval Settings


5 Minute and 15 Minute Expanded Intervals have been added to the Case Note Duration Interval Setting.


 



General


QuickBooks


Careview can now download a QuickBooks Sales Invoice CSV file. Please contact us if you would like more information about this update as it has not been made available to all Careview clients yet.





Primary Disability Field added to Client Profile Creation



Primary Disability can now be selected on creation of a new Client Profile.
 




Provider Code has been added to Service Provider



You can now enter a Provider Code when creating a new Service Provider. The Provider Code can also be updated via the Service Provider Setting. This change has been implemented to assist with updates we are making with some of our accounting package extracts.
