CoS NDIS Claim File Change to include ABN
Changes have been made to accommodate the mandatory entry of the ABN and ABN Codes – EXCLS and
REIMB in the ABN of Support Provider Field in the CoS NDIS Claim file for Plan Managed clients.

Notes Table Update - Change of Client Statement Note Type Allocation
To resolve recent issues reported, where no Note Type is being assigned to all Client Statements entries in
the Notes Table on the Client Profile.
We have made the following system changes.
- A Note Type of “Budget Report” will be created as a standard system setting under
Settings>Clients>Note Types for all Careview Organisations where the Note Type does not currently
exist.
- This Note Type will no longer be editable by the User
- The Note Type will be automatically assigned to all Client Statement (Plan Managed and Support
Coordination) entries in the Notes Table on the Client Profile
Notes Table Update –Note Type – General
The Note Type – “General” is allocated in the system for all Email Templates. To resolve any issues with
Note Types being renamed, this Note Type will also no longer be editable by the User.
