Add a Note to the Client Profile
You can add notes to a client profile about
actions taken. Examples can be:
- General notes
- Case notes
- NDIS Plan notes
- Service Agreement notes
You can also add files to provide more
information.
Use the following steps to add a note
to a Client Profile.
1. Open the Client Profile record
(click CRM in the menu, click Clients, then search for the client
profile you want).
2. Click Notes.
3. The Notes
table displays. Click New.
4. The Add
Note screen displays.
Complete this screen as follows:
- In the Type field, select the type of note from the list.
- In the Subject field put in a Subject note
- In the Note field, type a description of the note.
- To add an attachment, + Add in the Attachments field. Select the file.
- Created By – This field will default to the current logged in User Account name, click and search to
choose from your Active User Accounts
- Creation Date – Either enter a date via the Calendar option or simply enter the date via the
keyboard
- Click Save.
5. The note displays in the Notes
table.
Display Columns within the Notes Table:
o Created By
o Creation Date
• Search by Created By
• Date Column has been renamed to Date Entered
• The Table data will be sorted by Creation Date by default
• Sort Filter has been applied to the following Column Headings;
o Created By
o Creation Date
o Type
o Date Entered
