How to add a Funding Note to a client's Service Contract
1. Go to CRM and select Clients
2. Find the Client you wish to add a funding note to
3. Once in the client's profile select Client Funding
4. Select the required Service Contract for the funding note
5. In the Service Contract scroll down to Funding Notes and select Create
6. Add in the required information
Type drop down list is populated from the Note types listed in your organisational settings. If new note types need to be added please see our "How to Add a Note Type" article
7. Once complete click either Save or Save & New if you are adding multiple notes.
