Simple Email Template Setting

Use the following steps to setup your Master Email Templates to select from, when creating an Email to send from the Client Profile.


1.      Click on Settings




2.      Under Templates,  click on Simple Email Templates.


3.     The Simple Email Template screen displays. Click Create.



4.      The New Simple Email Template screen displays.

Complete the following fields;
  1. In the Name field, give your Template a Name.  e.g. Client Welcome Template
  2. In the Email Subject, enter the Subject the Client will see in the Final Email e.g. Welcome Email
  3. In the From Email Address, enter the Email Address that the Client will see in the Final Email to indicate who the Email has been sent from.
  4. In the Content field, enter the Master Email Template Text, we have provided a formatting Toolbar so that you can personalise the template.  Also available are some standard placeholders that you can enter for e.g. Type in the Content the Placeholder for [[FIRSTNAME]] this will then retrieve the First Name of the Client within the Client Profile and insert it into your Email Template automatically.
  5. You can also attach any files you wish to send to the Client.





5.      Click Create.

6.      Once you have completed the above steps, the email template will be available to send via the Client Profile, please refer to the following Article - Send a Simple Email Template from the Client Profile.
