Edit an Individual Provider Record

Use the following steps to edit an Individual Provider record:

1.           Click Resources in the menu, then click Individual Providers.



2.           The Individual Providers screen displays. In the relevant row, click on any field to open the View Provider page for that individual provider.



3.      The View Provider screen displays.  Click Edit.




4.      The Edit Provider screen displays.  Make any necessary changes to fields, then click Save.


The Company field will allow you to select any service provider profile in your organisation.
The First Name, Last Name, Company and Email Address fields are required fields.
If 'Careview Connect Access' is set to Read Only Access, an associated Connect profile will be created. If the individual provider did not have pre-existing access to Careview Connect at the recorded email address (as may have been provided to them by another organisation), they will receive a New Careview Connect Registration providing them instructions on accessing Connect for the first time.
If the Name, Company or Email Address detail on the individual provider profile is changed while a Connect profile exists that is associated with this individual provider profile (as a result of the Careview Connect Access field previously being set to 'Read Only'), that Connect profile would need to be deleted and recreated.

Once the Connect profile has been deleted, it can be recreated by editing the individual provider profile so its Careview Connect Access field is set to 'Read Only'.
