CRM Client List - Filter Clients

This section provides an overview of how to Filter your clients on the CRM Client List.


Screen Filters

The screen can be filtered using a combination of the following:
  1. Search Client by Name, Preferred Name, Email, Phone or Mobile
  2. Type - Client or Relationship
  3. Service Type i.e CoS 
  4. Region
  5. Client Status
  6. Assigned To
  7. Show PACE Clients Only
  8. Show PACE API Clients Only
The selected filters will NOT persist if user refresh or navigate to other pages.

PACE Identification


Visual Identification of PACE and PACE API Clients

  • If a participant's NDIS Plan is being managed by PACE, the following PACE Badge will display on the CRM Client List under the PACE column.



  • If a participant’s NDIS Plan is being managed by PACE and you have checked the NDIS PACE API Access checkbox on the Client Profile, the following PACE API badge will display on the CRM Client List screen under the PACE column.

  1. Total items number displays above the list on the left side.
  2. Navigate each page, by clicking on the page links.
