How to enable a PACE client profile
This is how you enable one of your PACE participants within Careview.
Please note: If you do not have this option, you will need to contact support@careviewapp.com so we can enable your organisation to be PACE active.
1. Go to the CRM menu header on the left hand side
3. Use the search function to find the participant profile that is PACE managed
4. Once selected and the client profile is open. Use the Edit button in the top left
5. Once the edit window is open, go to the check boxes on the right hand side and select NDIS PACE Participant
6. Once complete click Save
7. You will notice from the CRM client list your paticipant will now have the purple PACE icon
This icon will be used now throughout Careview to identify your PACE participants for you.
Please note updating a client to a PACE participant will not update their existing Service Contracts only new ones that are created
