Plan Management

  • System changes are underway to accommodate the NDIS Requirement to include the â€˜ABN of Support Provider’ in the NDIS Claim File for Plan Management Invoices and will be implemented effective 9.00am on Sunday the 25th October.

Service Entry

As per recent email correspondence sent out to all Careview users, we are restricting the date range that can be entered in the Service Entry screen, so only 6 months of data can be viewed at a time in the Service Entry screen, where you are entering a date range only.


For example, to view all Invoices over a 12 month period, in the Service Entry screen, where you are only filtering the data by a date range, you will need to break it down into 6 month date ranges.


Alternatively, you can retrieve 12 months of Invoice data by utilising the Invoice Report available on the Service Entry screen.


Note:

  • The restriction only applies where you choose to only filter by Date range only in the Service Entry screen.  Where you enter either a Client Name and/or Service Provider there will be no restriction applied on the Date Range Filters.
  • The Invoice report is restricted to download Invoice data for a maximum of a 12-month period.
