How do I know if a participant has received a notification to approve/deny an invoice?
You won’t receive a notification when an invoice is sent to Careview Advantage, the notifications only go to the app. There’s a field on the Client Profile that controls the status of the Invoice when its created.

No, the funding information displayed in Careview Advantage is read-only, meaning you won’t be able to edit it.

Yes, if your Plan Manager has enabled the Invoicing feature, you will be able to view, approve and decline invoices. If your Plan Manager hasn’t enabled the Invoice feature then you won’t see the Invoice Tab.

Careview Advantage will run on Android and iOS devices. For iOS devices a minimum of iOS11 is required. For Android devices a minimum of version 5.0 is required.

No, at this point in time, the information displayed in Careview Advantage is only accessible oncethe app is installed on a mobile device.To access your information you will need to download Careview Advantage from the iOS or Google Play Stores.
