Unable to Open Attachments in Careview

Where you are having issues with opening certain attachments you have saved in Case Notes for example Email attachments.

Please follow these steps and ensure that the file type for .eml and .msg default application is set to open in Outlook under your Computer Settings.

1.      On the Start  menu, select Settings  > Apps > Default apps.

2.      Scroll down and click on Choose Default apps by File Type link.

3.      Choose Default apps by file type screen displays, scroll down to find the file type ie. .eml and change to open                        using Outlook.  Repeat this step for file type .msg.
