Support Coordination Dashboard


The Support Coordination Dashboard displays graphical representations of information for the selected Support Coordinator (or all available support coordinators if 'All' is selected).

Dashboard Components

Please note that information displayed on the Support Coordination Dashboard is designed to update in 10 minute intervals. For this reason, you may need to wait up to 10 minutes to see a change reflected in the Dashboard's figures.






      The number of billable hours delivered within the current week (starting Monday and ending on Sunday) which have not yet been extracted.

      The selected support coordinator's (or all support coordinator's, if 'All' is selected) active support coordination clients.

      The average number of billable hours per month in the current calendar year to date.

      The number of new Clients in each month of the current calendar year.

      The number of new Service Contracts in each month of the currently calendar year, for clients with a pre-existing service contract.

      The number of billable and non-billable support hours delivered each week from the past 12 weeks.

      The total dollar value of Processed ('Extract Generated') and Ready to Extract ('Ready for Extraction') case notes delivered each month from the current calendar year.

      The total dollar value of extracted case notes, that have been delivered each month in the current calendar year.

The 'Monthly Revenue' (8) panel is only visible to CoS Administrators and CoS Regional Managers.


Open the Dashboard


1.      Click Support Coordination on the Careview menu, then click Dashboard.




View Dashboard Components for all Support Coordinators


1.      Click the down arrow on the top field, and select All.


 2.      Click Run.

3.      The components update to apply to all Support Coordinators.

View Dashboard Components for Specific Support Coordinator


1.      Click the down arrow on the top field, and select the Support Coordinator to view.
A user will only be available in this field if their user account has the Support Coordinator position.



2.      Click Run.

3.      The components update to apply to the selected Support Coordinator.
