Service/Stated Support Management Style

This article explains the Management Style options to select when adding or editing a Service/Stated Support in a participant's Service Contract.

Select Agency if the participant is Agency (NDIA) managed and select Your Organisation in the Service Provider field.

Select Plan Management if the participant is Plan Managed by an external Service Provider and in the Service Provider field select the external Service Provider.

Select Self Managed if the participant is Self Managed and select Your Organisation in the Service Provider field.

Select Agency if the participant is Plan Managed by Your Organisation and select Your Organisation in the Service Provider field.
