Service Provider Category Budget Funding Period Enhancements
We are upgrading the Service Provider Category Budget functionality to improve budget accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Key Updates:
Phase One
• Start/End Dates now added to SPCB records and visible in the table.
• Invoice Validations ensure service dates and amounts align with SPCB agreements and available funds.
Phase Two
• Funding Period Distribution tools let users split budgets across time frames with auto-generation and manual controls.
• Linked Record Editing prompts users to redistribute budgets when SPCB details change.
• Plan Budget Sync Alerts notify users to realign SPCB periods after funding updates.
These changes help prevent overspending and simplify provider budget management.
