Samsung Device Keyboard

Some Careview Advantage users are having trouble inputting their initial logon details into the Careview Advantage application on Android devices, predominantly Samsung devices. 
 
Here are two possible workarounds to get the application up and running.

•  Option 1. Disable predictive text:  

Disabling predictive text allows the input method to continue working without any further modification or installation of software on the mobile device 

• Option 2. Install Gboard (Google keyboard) 

Installing the Gboard application from the google play store on your android device will also fix the input issue as long as it’s the default keyboard on the device

Once that is selected you can press home or back and go back to the Careview app and proceed to log in.
