Use the following steps to manage your Reason for Exit fields.
The new Reason for Exit fields for selection will be available on the Edit Client Profile screen.
Create a Reason for Exit
1. Click on Settings (Top right section of your screen when you log into your Careview account)
2. Under Clients, click on Reason for Exit.
3. The Reason for Exit setting screen displays. Click +New.
4. The New Reason for Exit screen displays.
Complete the following;
Reason for Exit- enter a Name of your choice.
Active is showing as 'Enabled' - Note - Set to Disabled, if you no longer wish to display the Reason for Exit for selection whilst creating or editing a client profile.
5. Click Create.
6. The new Reason for Exit will be available to select whilst editing or creating a client profile.
Edit a Reason for Exit
1. Click on Settings
2. Under Clients, click on Reason for Exit.
3. The Reason for Exit setting screen displays. Click on the Reason for Exit you wish to edit.
4. The Edit Reason for Exit screen displays. Make your changes and click on Update.
Set Reason for Exit as Inactive
1. Follow steps under Edit Reason for Exit, on the Edit Reason for Exit screen, set the toggle box to DISABLED.
