Reactivate Client Profiles
Please follow the below steps to reactivate a client profile.
1. Click on CRM and go to Clients
2. Search for the particular client you need to reactivate

Inactive clients will display in a grey text within the Client console
3. Select the client profile and go to Edit
4. Change the status of the client from Inactive to Active
5. Once complete click Save in the top left
