Where you choose to send a monthly statement via email to a single participant, from the Service Contract,
you can now standardise the email content text, using a new Rich Text Editor toolbar, under the new PM
Statement Email Template setting.
This new feature is only available where you have Enabled the Client Statement Summary Option.
Please follow these steps to add your statement email content, when creating a monthly statement for a
single participant.
1. Enable the Client Statement Summary option under Client Statement Settings.
2. From the Settings Home Page, under Templates, click on PM Email Template.
3. The PM Statement Template screen displays. Update the content and click on Update.
4. From the Service Contract, click on the Monthly Statement button.
5. The Create Statement, popup screen displays, enter Start and End Dates and click on Generate Email
button.
The option to Generate an Excel version of the Statement has been removed. Due to the new
document generation software, we have adopted, which converts html to PDF.

7. Click on Send Email.
