Careview NDIS SyncPro is a software feature which enables a gateway for customers to introduce automation workflows and have direct data interaction with the NDIS system for various purposes, such as accessing funding data and processing claims.
The challenge for Plan Managers is that there are an increasing multitude of manual processes involved with their daily workload which is very time consuming and labour intensive. By utilising the NDIS SyncPro software, a large component of these processes can be automated saving time and money.
Current NDIS SyncPro automation solutions are:
PACE Plans API - provides real-time access to a participant's NDIS plan, allowing service providers to view and interact with details like funding allocations, plan goals, and approved services. This ensures that both providers and participants are on the same page regarding available services and funding. As the participant's plan or funding changes, the PACE API ensures the integration reflects those updates immediately, keeping service providers and participants informed about available funding and limits.
Service Bookings - Providers can submit service bookings directly into the NDIS system, making the entire process smoother and faster reducing manual input and the risk of errors Real-time Updates: Service bookings are processed instantly, and the NDIS system updates automatically. This ensures that there’s no delay in confirming or updating bookings, leading to more timely access to services for participants.
Payment Requests - Claims for services provided can be directly linked to the participant's NDIS plan using the PACE Payment Request API. This helps ensure that services are correctly aligned with the plan’s funding and goals, reducing errors in claim submission. The integration allows claims to be submitted more quickly and automatically tracked within the system. Providers and participants can see the status of claims in real-time, speeding up the payment process and improving cash flow for service providers.
Notifications - ** Under development ** Provides Plan Managers, participants, and other stakeholders immediate notifications when there are important updates, such as changes in a participant's plan. This ensures that everyone stays informed without having to manually check the system.
Settlement Service - ** Pending Integration ** The Settlement Service automates settlement to providers against successful claims processed via the NDIS API and distributes remittances to Providers to confirm payment.
Careview is partnered with HiCaps who are an NDIS API Integrator which refers to a software tool or service that integrates with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) system using its API (Application Programming Interface). In short, an NDIS API Integrator helps bridge the gap between external applications and the NDIS system, enabling smoother and automated interactions between them.
In order to use NDIS SyncPro, each organisation needs to go through an approval and activation process.
