NDIS PACE Funding Components and Periods
We are
implementing changes in accordance with the Section
33 Legislation changes. These changes will
ensure that NDIS Plans include total funding amounts, funding component
amounts and funding periods. As we are seeing PACE Plan that have 200+ funding periods we recommend that you book in a demonstration of our PACE API integration as it offers significant time-saving benefits.
This update will provide you with the opportunity to
proactively plan and achieve better outcomes for your participants.
Funding Periods will be released across multiple phases that will include the following updates:
- Phase 1: Service Contract
- Manually creating funding components / funding periods against plan budgets
- Using our SyncPro PACE API integration to automatically create the funding components / funding periods from PACE
- Phase 2: Service Entry, Streamline and Monthly PM Statement Updates
- Visibility and validation of funding period available amounts for Core Flexible and Stated Category Budgets
- Display a new funding component table with the active funding periods in the plan management statement
- Phase 3: Support Coordination Case Note Entry and Careview Connect Updates
- Visibility and validation of funding periods relating to Case Note entry
- Display a new funding component table in Careview Connect
- Phase 4: Bulk Invoice Import, Monthly PM Invoicing and Budget Forecast
- Validation of funding period remaining amounts for the bulk invoice import and monthly PM invoice processing
- Displaying relevant funding component / funding period information in the Budget Forecast
A new version of Careview Advantage is also under development that will give Participants visibility of their funding component / funding period information using their mobile or desktop device.
