The NDIA has published the following upcoming planned outage for NDIA Provider API's.

Due to the nature of the outage, claims and payment updates may be delayed for 24-48 hours following the conclusion of the outage. We will keep you informed of any deviation to these dates & times.
Please note that manual claims will not be impacted by this outage. Also, the above times are in AEDT, depending on your location this time may be different for you.
