My Plan Manager has enabled the Invoice Feature.... Can I download a copy of the original Invoice?

No, the Invoicing feature only allows you to view the original (if your Plan Manager attaches it when they process the Invoice).

From 13th October 2022 the app used to view invoices on Android phones is no longer available. Refer to Careview Advantage User Guide for more information.

  Yes, if your Plan Manager has enabled the Invoicing feature, you will be able to view, approve and decline invoices. If your Plan Manager hasn’t enabled the Invoice feature then you won’t see the Invoice Tab.

  You won’t receive a notification when an invoice is sent to Careview Advantage, the notifications only go to the app. There’s a field on the Client Profile that controls the status of the Invoice when its created.
