Manage Claims by Batch

This feature is designed to allow Organisations to better manage and process their PRODA Bulk Payments when they are manually downloading their Claim files by Batch, and then processing them when considering the Invoice Claims may be delayed.


1. Create your NDIS Claims via the Download Claim File as per normal process.
2. This Claim file will be given a unique BATCH Name, which is viewable in the Download screen.
3. Sort, Filter by Batch and take action on invoices and claims effortlessly.


1.      Click on Invoice Entry from the Main Menu.


2.     The Service Entry screen displays. Click on the View By Batch check box and select a date range.




3.      Once View By Batch is selected, the screen will display an additional Batch filter, which will list all the claims you have generated within that specified date range.




4.      Once you select a batch, the screen further filters the invoices and only showcases those invoices which are part of that batch.



5.     You can then perform any action on these invoices selectively or on the whole batch.

If you select some of these extracted invoices and click on download NDIS claim again, to generate a new claim file then those Invoices will be allotted a new Batch number.



In Downloads, a new zip file gets created containing those selected invoices with a new batch number.
Please note that if you delete an NDIS Claim file download, the corresponding batch will no longer be available in Invoice Entry.


The naming convention for the Batch File used is NDIS-DDMMYYYY-hhmmss, this allows you to further pinpoint the time when that batch was created. (Time is in AEST)
