About the Individual Provider

You can associate specific individual providers to a Client Profile and they appear in a list on the Client Profile record, for example:



This is typically used for:
  1. Careview Plan Management clients who want to associate the Support Coordinator that’s working with the participant so the Support Coordinator will receive an automated copy of the monthly statement.
  2. Careview Support Coordination clients who need to associate their specific Support Coordinator who’s working directly with the participant.
  3. Careview clients who want to associate Allied Healthcare and other providers who are working with the participant.

Plan Managers

The Careview automated Plan Management statement process can send monthly statements in PDF to the Support Coordinator if they’re related to the Client Profile.

Support Coordinators

Careview Support Coordination clients must use the Service Provider function to allocate the staff member who is working with the client to the Client’s Profile.
