In the participant case notes there are a lot showing as processed but not extracted.
Check that the participants case notes have been crated as non-billable. When a case note is
created as non-billable, the status will be processed. Non-billable case notes are
ignored by the NDIS Claim and CoS Invoicing processes.You can see the ones that are non
billable in the Case Note table in the Client Coordination screen.
