How to sync existing Service Bookings in PRODA with the Service Contract in Careview

Please note the service bookings within PRODA would need to be setup as category budget per booking for this to successfully sync
1. Edit the Plan Budget you wish to sync with an existing Service Booking from the Service Contract.
2. Click on the Fetch Service Booking button

If a Service booking is found. The Fetch Service Booking button will change to Green
3. Select the Service Booking to Sync, from the drop-down menu.
4. The system will populate the following fields automatically.
a. The Plan Category field will be set as Read Only.
b. The Requires PRODA Service Booking checkbox will be set to True.
c. Management Style will be set based on the PRODA Service Booking.

Please be sure to select the correct Service Booking, as once you Confirm this cannot be
changed.
Once the Service Booking has been linked to the Plan Budget, the Start Date cannot be changed.
End Date can only be changed to a date post the current End Date.
Management Style cannot be changed, as it is set from the Service Booking.
5. Click Save, in the bottom left
6. The Confirm Service Booking Selection dialogue screen displays. Click on Confirm to proceed, if you are
certain, you have selected the correct Service Booking.
7. Click on the Refresh button on the Plan Budget Table and the PRODA Status for the selected Plan
Budget Category will update to Success if it has been Synced successfully.
