How to sync an Existing PACE Budget Category through Careview

Please note you will need to have a HICAPS registration that is synced with Careview before using this process. If you have any questions please contact support@careviewapp.com
You will also need to have the PACE API enabled under your NDIS SyncPro Settings in Careview.



1. Go to CRM > Clients and select your PACE participant (Please see How to enable a PACE client profile if your required client does not display a purple PACE badge)

2. Open the client profile and select their PACE plan (please see How to create a PACE service contract if the client does not have a PACE Service contract)

If there have been no changes to the relevant PACE plan since the service contract was last synchronised, you can skip steps 3 to 6.

3.  In the NDIS PACE menu in the top left, select the Sync NDIS PACE option.




4. A dialog box will display. Click Retrieve PACE Plan.



5. Select the correct plan from the available Select Plan to Sync options, then click Yes, Sync with PACE.


6. If this is successful, you can then proceed to syncing budgets.

7.  Select the budget category (in the Plan Budget table) to edit. Click Retrieve PACE Plan Budget (please note this will only sync the Budget total amount not the remaining).



8. If there is a corresponding budget within PACE the returned result will display in the drop down and the Retrieve PACE button will turn Green



9. Once selected the Start and End dates for the budgets will be populated along with the management style


10. Click Save. Making note that the action can't be undone once the action has been confirmed


11. The budget has now been synced with PACE.
