How to revoke access to Advantage
Use this option if you want to completely prevent the user from logging into Advantage.
1. Locate the user whose access you want to revoke (either from a client record or a relationship record)
2. Click the Remove Access button.
3. When prompted, select Confirm to complete the revoke process.

4. Once complete, the user’s status will update to NO ACCESS.

Remove Access for a Single Client Only
If you only need to remove access for one client (but want the user to retain access to other linked clients):
1. Open the client’s relationship records.

2. Select Delete (or Del) to remove that specific relationship.
The user will still be able to access Advantage for any other clients they remain linked to.
