How to remove access to the Old Advantage
When your participant is ready to move over to Advantage 2.0. It’s important to disable the access of the old Advantage. This will help support the cutover process as well as give us feedback when the time comes to removing the old Advantage app. To do this follow the below steps:
1. Confirm the client has registered via the invite status
2. Select Remove access under Access to Careview Advantage
3. When complete it will display as below
