How to create new PACE Plan budgets via the PACE API

You will also need to have the PACE API enabled under your NDIS SyncPro Settings in Careview.



1. Go to CRM > Clients and select your PACE participant (Please see How to enable a PACE client profile if your required client does not display a purple PACE badge).

2. Create their PACE service contract. (How to create a PACE Service contract guide here)

3. Go to the Plan Budget section and select Create.

4. Enter the Category Budget and click on Retrieve PACE Plan Budget button.



5. If the budget category matches with what's in PACE you will see the option listed in the drop down for selection.


6. Once selected the start and end dates plus management style will be synced from PACE


7. Please note once the information is synced it cannot be undone.

If either a Self Managed or Agency Managed Category is selected, the system will automatically check the, Exclude From Service Contract Allocation Totals checkbox to ensure no services can be delivered against these Categories inadvertently.
