How to create new PACE Plan budgets via the PACE API

Please note you will need to have a LanternPay registration that is synced with Careview before using this process. If you have any questions please contact support@careviewapp.com

You will also need to have the PACE API enabled under your NDIS SyncPro Settings in Careview.



1. Go to CRM > Clients and select your PACE participant (Please see How to enable a PACE client profile if your required client does not display a purple PACE badge)

2. Create their PACE service contract (How to create a PACE Service contract guide here)

3. Go to the Plan Budget section and select Create

4. Enter in the Budget category and select Retrieve PACE Plan Budget

5. If the budget category matches with what's in PACE you will see the option listed in the drop down

6. Once selected the start and end dates plus management style will be synced from PACE
7. Please note once the information is synced it cannot be undone.
