How to link a HICAPS registration with Careview for APIs

Please note you will need to have been granted access to NDIS SyncPro> NDIS SyncPro - PACE & PRODA API Settings by Careview support as a result of completing HICAPS registration. If you do not, please contact support@careviewapp.com

1.       In Settings, go to NDIS Sync Pro> NDIS SyncPro - PACE & PRODA API Settings.



2.       Enable the Careview is Authorised to access HICAPS option.


3.      Click the Authorise Careveiw to Access PRODA DATA (Laternpay credentials required) link.

3.      In the login prompt that appears, enter your HICAPS login information.

4.      Once the login has been successful close the tab and go back to NDIS Sync Pro - PACE & PRODA API settings and enable any sync areas (eg. PRODA Service Booking, PACE API and PRODA Payment Request API) that are required.


5. You are now ready to start syncing with either PRODA and PACE API's.
